Bow Ties!

Bow ties..... I love, love, love how they look on children. I really have been wanting to buy some bow ties for my 22 month old, the ones that I've seen are a little over priced for me.  I did a little research on pinterest and to my surprise they don't seem to hard to make. The best thing is I will use button up shirts he doesn't fit in to anymore. :) Do to the fact that i do not own a sewing machine, i will be sewing by hand. So it will take some time for me to share pics. (so stay tuned)

Wish me luck on the bow tie making. Just hope LL doesn't mind wearing them as soon as I'm done. Will post pics during and after I'm done.

31 years young

So yesterday was my 31st bday! I decided to celebrate my day with my boys at Disneyland the happiest place in the world. But oh it was soooo Hot! Thank god we packed extra water bottles. I have to say California Adventure is awesome, I really loved it there. It was my second time there this year and i enjoyed every minute of it. Cars land is so cool if you haven't been, you should definitely stop by and check it out. Very grateful to God for giving me another year of life.  Let see what this new year brings my way.  Onelove always MrsStarBee

New projects in the making

A while ago i was inspired by Nate Berkus to repurpose furniture. So my hubby and I came across this armoire and decided to make it into a bar, where he can display his bottles. Even though we are still not finish with the interior yet...  here is what the outside looks like. Ill post a before and after pic, so that you can see how much work we've put into it. We are planning to add a wine rack at the bottom.

Planning Logan's 1st Birthday!

Planning my little ones 1st birthday bash has been fun yet stressful. We decided the best day to celebrate his first birthday would be Sunday Dec 4th. The theme is Winter Onderland, ill post a pic of the inspiration board i made. Then after the above date i will post pics of his actual B-day Bash. Its crazy how the time has passed. He is currently 11 months 2 days old. He is not walking yet, but i have a feeling he might do so before his birthday comes around. We feel extremely blessed to have such a Happy, outgoing baby and we hope that doesn't change any time soon. It you care  to share any 1st Birthday ideas or games please do so by leaving a comment. Im a new bee!

Im new to the Blogging scene but, i've been wanting to do it for so long. I hope that i can be a bit of inspiration to the world. Im interested in sharing my life now as a new mommy and wife.
